AHMED ALLY graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) Second Class Honors (Upper Division) Degree from the University of Nairobi. He then joined Kenya School of Law and was later admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.In 2013 He qualified and attended the Commonwealth Young Lawyers Course at the Institute of Legal Studies and the School of Oriental and African Studies of the University of London.

AHMED is a Senior Partner in RASHEED, RAGE & NASSIR Advocates.Mr Ahmed's fortes are in litigation, conveyancing and alternative dispute resolution.He is in charge of the commercial department and deals primarily with bank security documentation, commercial law including contract documentation, mergers and acquisitions and conveyance of property.He has been involved in major property transactions and also done extensive work in mergers and acquisitions.He also has significant experience in other aspects of civil litigation including employment and labour disputes, landlord and tenant, public procurement. He also has an interest in alternative dispute resolution and in particular arbitration, Currently, he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also advises a large number of businesses in Kenya and seats in the boards of a number of companies.
